CHALLENGE: GENERATE AWARENESS & STORE TRAFFIC

Webolutions has managed the Sloane’s Carpet Secret website for over 10 years, and they enjoy very strong rankings for all their target keywords. They were looking to increase site conversion and to find cost-effective ways to expand awareness of their services among budget-oriented shoppers across the Denver’s Front Range.

RESULTS

Awareness of Sloane’s Carpet Secret has increased dramatically with over 800K monthly paid impressions from PPC, display advertising, social media and email marketing resulting in a 90% increase in website traffic and a 30% increase in store traffic.

Website bounce rates are down nearly 20% since the new site launched.  Nearly half of all visitors view the weekly specials page and the number of weekday appointments has tripled.

Facebook likes are up 500% and nearly 10,000 users engage with Sloane’s content via social media each month.

Most importantly, 2015 has been a record-breaking sales year for the company after 36 years of business, and ROI on the modest incremental marketing spend has been exponential.
