9Health Fair Partners with Webolutions in Denver Social Media Challenge
06/06/2012
9Health Fair has been selected as the charitable partner of Webolutions, a Denver marketing agency, to participate in the Denver Business Journal’s Social Madness Challenge.
Area companies will compete in a tournament-style competition to engage the public in their social media efforts. The winner of the tournament will earn $7,500 for a charitable organization of its choice.
“9Health Fair is pleased to be selected as a partner in this challenge,” said James H. Goddard, President and CEO of 9Health Fair. “Educating people about the value of health screenings is part of our mission and if we win, we can help 250 additional people with free health screening vouchers.”
“We are thrilled to have 9Health Fair as a partner in this fun endeavor,” said John Vachalek, CEO of Webolutions. “They have become such an important part of the fabric of the community here in Colorado and they do so much good for so many.”
“With the Social Madness Challenge, anyone can help improve access to health screening in Colorado with a couple of clicks,” Goddard said. “We’re glad to partner with Webolutions and we hope they get lots of votes, Likes and follows.”
Webolutions is competing in the Denver Small Business category. The current phase of the competition runs now through June 18. Winners will be selected to move on to subsequent phases based on the number of votes, likes and followers.
